Processing Times

Processing times are noted below by product. The processing times you see noted include the time it takes us to work through our current queue of orders, customize your order, and install your template within your approved web hosting account. We need all customizaton details and log in details to be on file before your order will be added to our processing queue.

Please note that orders are processed during business hours only. Monday - Thursday 10-6 and Friday 11-4. If you send your questionnaire details after 2:00pm CST Monday -Friday, the order will begin processing on the next business day(i.e. received at 2:45pm CST Friday, will begin processing the following Monday, therefore, Monday would be the start of the turnaround time frame).

Pre-made Templates with no changes

Currently 7-8 business days from receipt of valid log in details and all customization details.

Pre-Made Templates with pre-approved/purchased changes

Currently 10-12 business days from receipt of valid log in details and all customization details. If you purchased changes to a pre-made template, once the template is installed, we will ask you to review it and you can make minor changes at that time. Minor changes do not include changing what was previously submitted for the customizations or changes and templates with changes are not custom designs, therefore, multiple tweaks and edits are not available.

Currently 14 business days from receipt of valid log in details and all customization details to when the first draft proof will be available for review.

Purchased Software Coversions for Pre-Made Templates(i.e. Shopify, Cube Cart, Weebly...)

Currently 15-16 business days from receipt of valid log in details and all customization details to when the template will be installed.

Made to Match Print Image Designs-Small Products

i.e. Business Card, Bow Card, Hang Tag, Postcard image design products.

Currently 7 business days from receipt all customization details.

Made to Match Print Image Design-Large Products

Currently 10-12 business days from receipt all customization details.

Made to Match Etsy Designs

Currently 5-7 business days from receipt of all customization details.

Made to Match eBay Designs

Currently 7-8 business days from receipt all customization details and valid eBay/image host log in details.
